In this SEO case study I will show the Keyword Ranking Results from commencing on our SEO Kick Starter Campaign then upgrading to the SEO Strategy Campaign after just 3 months.

The client came to me interested in SEO Services, but wanted to see results before upgrading to a higher spend campaign.

Our SEO Kick Starter Campaign is designed to show movement in Googles search results index or more aptly to get a new website showing up in the search results.

The primary objective of the Kick Starter campaign is to demonstrate Movement in Rankings,

  • It is NOT designed to be a Google Page One results campaign.

The main difference between our 3 SEO Campaigns is the intensity of work that gets done each month.

  • The Quality remains the same, just the Volume increases.

So, in this study I am going to show the Keyword Rank results from the SEO Kick Starter campaign, then what happened when the client upgraded to the SEO Strategy campaign after the third month.

Once the Keywords, Target URL, Online Market Research and Benchmarking were established, I set the SEO Kick Starter campaign into motion.

As you can see, none of the target Keywords were ranking when we first started back in December 2016.

To begin with I provided SEO On-Page Recommendations for the target URL.

The reason for this is to make the page more relevant to the Target Keywords.

  • This helps the visitor to know that they have clicked through to the correct information they were looking for and also to tell Google what the page is about.

We also produced an SEO Content Development Section to increase the pages Text/HTML Ratio.

The Off-Page SEO Strategy was also commenced.

Our team of copywriters submitted;

  • Articles,
  • Images,
  • Citations and
  • Business Directories.

We also set up the main Social Media pages;

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Youtube
  • Google+

As you can see here, March 2017,  Google picked up on the SEO work that was undertaken in the first 3 months.

Clearly demonstrating that the website is now indexed in Google.

Which the SEO Kick Starter campaign is designed for.

Due to the Degree of Competition for the Target Keywords, the client was advised that the next level campaign would be necessary to achieve Page One Rankings within the first 12 months.

Come April 2017, after demonstrating the work would generate Movement in rankings as previously advised, the client upgraded to our SEO Strategy Campaign.

This resulted in the doubling up of the volume of work undertaken each month, plus the bonus of having 2 additional pages optimised.

Having the 2 additional pages optimised within the similar theme of ‘Mediation’ boosted the overall Domain Authority of the website.

Slowly building up the a websites presence with correct On-Page SEO and with a sound monthly Link Building strategy, will get a website onto Page One of  Google.

Upgrading to our SEO Strategy Campaign resulted in improved Ranking results for the Target Keywords.

Achieving 7 out of 10 Target Keywords onto Google Page 1, with 2x Position 1 (One) Results by the sixth month, June 2017.

The question is – had they first started with a Higher Intensity Campaign how much sooner would the client have achieved these Page 1 rankings?
*NB not all SEO campaigns achieve Page 1 Ranking in such a short time frame, it does depend greatly on the Degree of Competition.
